Global Missions

The Presbyterian Church of Chestertown is an incredibly “mission-minded” congregation. From the beginning, the church has strived to be sensitive to the gospel mandate to care for those who are less fortunate. In addition, the church generously supports the work of the Presbyterian Church (USA) overseas. Of particular significance is the “partnership” that has existed since 2005 with the Presbyterian Church in Matiki, Malawi. Dozens of members of PCC have visited Matiki, and we have hosted several visits to Chestertown by pastors and members of that congregation. Globally we connect with neighbors and partners across the world who are working for justice and peace.
