The Presbyterian Church of Chestertown is an incredibly “mission-minded” congregation. From the beginning, the church has strived to be sensitive to the gospel mandate to care for those who are less fortunate.

In addition, the church generously supports the work of the Presbyterian Church (USA) overseas. Of particular significance is the “partnership” that has existed since 2005 with the Presbyterian Church in Matiki, Malawi. Dozens of members of PCC have visited Matiki, and we have hosted several visits to Chestertown by pastors and members of that congregation.

Globally we connect with neighbors and partners around the world through:

  • Congo Mission Network (partner with the Presbyterian Church in the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Presbyterian Church of Kinshasa)
  • Malawi Partnership (congregation of Matiki CCAP (Church of Central Africa Presbyterian) in Dwangwa, Malawi)
  • Mission Support Tyler Holm (serving at the University of Livingstonia, College of Theology)
  • Pakistan Christian Schools (tuition assistance for deserving students to obtain a higher education)
  • Global Adoption Services (promoting loving forever families for every child)
