Adult Education

The Presbyterian Church of Chestertown strives to make it possible for adults to continue the lifetime quest “to give reason for the faith that is in you.” This is done through a variety of short time courses, lasting one or a few sessions. There are bible studies, book studies, conversations on matters of current interest, and many other topics. Sometimes these are done after worship on Sunday, sometimes on week-days or evenings. They are led by the pastors and by others.

  • Sundays at 11am - no classes scheduled at this time
  • Tuesdays at 11am - Bible Study begins again in September (located at Heron Point, all welcome)

  • Summer Book Club - "The Book of Joy," contact the church office for details
  • 3rd Thursdays at 7:30pm - Discussion Group on We Make the Road By Walking by Brian McLaren (located in PCC Conference Room, books cost $8)
